Welcome to Twin Oak Elementary!

My name is Whitney Glorioso, I am the Principal of this wonderful building. I am looking forward to getting to know all of the students, families, and community members this upcoming school year.

I am entering my 16th year in education, 13 of those years were spent being an Elementary Teacher! For the past two years I have served as the Head Middle School Principal in Mansfield City Schools. I am excited to be getting back to the world of elementary education and to become part of the Twin Oak and Mount Vernon City Schools community.! 

I believe that education is of the utmost importance to create life long learners. As the leader of Twin Oak, I believe it is my duty to ensure that all students are afforded a quality education. 

My goal is to continue a building built on academic achievement, safe and caring environment, and student success through high- quality instruction that encourages all students to collaborate, think critically, and communicate effectively. 

As both an educator and a parent, I recognize the importance of working as a team with parents and guardians to always do what is in the best interest of each and every student.
